We have bought and sold houses no less than 9 times in all our dealings not once have we been as impressed with the services from a real estate agent. Wayne Laughton was so helpful in a fairly tiring sale. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Wayne's knowledge of market trends was spot on. His advice and help to get our property ready for sale was amazing, We would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell property.

Having been a local for many years Waynes knowledge of the market is excellent. He gives outstanding service and advice and goes above and beyond to deliver the best outcome for his clients.

Wayne was fantastic from the start. Easy to get a hold of and very quick with any information. He kept the seller and I well informed and made the process so much easier. Would highly recommend.

We were moving to Queensland from NSW. We contacted Wayne to purchase a property literally "over the Internet" after seeing it while on holidays. Wayne could not have been more helpful. He guided us through the Qld buying process, which is quite different to NSW. Wayne put us in contact with the appropriate people and agencies, explaining each step. He even took us on a video tour of the property to allow us to have a detailed view of the premises. Wayne also ensured that we had all the paperwork submitted on time for a successful purchase. His honest appraisals and comment were refreshing and reassuring. We cannot recommend him enough.

I have dealt with Wayne for many years now and can recommend him as a man of integrity and knowledge in regards to the real estate market in our area of Oakey. He is always friendly and regardless of how busy he is, he has always made time for my enquiries. I wish them both the best in the future with their business.
