The day I looked through the place Wayne was happy to show myself and a friend around the whole house and explain about the house and what work was needed if I wanted to fix it up. So I was looking for a house to buy when I meet Wayne on the main street. He was so imformative and helpful. After organising a house and some other land to view he took time to explain the area, things that would work for each ..property and land. He was great with accomdating for our work schedules and scheduling things so that it worked with the 2hr travel from Brisbane to view property.
