From the very start Wayne made this entire experience so smooth and efficient. Having been able to reach out to (and hear back from) Wayne at any given time, I always received clear answers for my multitude of questions and those he was unable to answer he gathered the information in a very timely manner. Any issues that may have arisen were rapidly remedied which again made for smooth sailing. Wayne very obviously cares not only about his clients but everyone involved in the buying and selling process and he has continued to go above and beyond throughout our time working with him. His passion for finding people with dream homes really shows so we will definitely be seeking Wayne out in the future if the opportunity arises.
