This is the second house I’ve sold with Wayne. Found him easy to talk to, Communication throughout the sale process was good. Was willing to work in with us.

Wayne was so easy to work with from start to finish. He is honest, reliable and worked hard to get the best price for us. We felt comfortable putting the sale of our house in Wayne’s hands due to his knowledge of the market in the area, expertise and experience in sales. He quoted a realistic range and we know we made the right decision when he got us the price we were after in an unpredictable market. Prior to selling, Millership looked after our rental for 10 years and they were always on top of things ensuring our investment was well managed. As property manager, Ingrid was always competent, efficient and a good communicator taking care of all maintenance and rental requirements so we never had to worry. We highly recommend Wayne Millership and his team. Our experience with them has always been a positive one.

Wayne was excellent to work with, every step of the way he was able to provide updates and advice in a timely manner. He helped us understand the process and gave us general advice as well for purchasing a property. I would certainly recommend Wayne to other people looking to sell!

Thank you to both Wayne and Matilda for their exceptional service! We were in the market for some time and we’re sick of getting false hope from other agents and un realistic price guides etc. The buying process was so smooth and simple, we decided to list our house for sale as well with Wayne and Matilda. Wayne sold our current house in under 2 weeks and we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you once again Wayne and Matilda!

Wayne and his team at Millership and Co have been highly professional and efficient over the many years they’ve managed and sold our rental properties. We are in another state so we’ve had to rely on them for pretty much everything that had to be done. We really appreciate how extremely well they looked after us, consistently communicating positively, resolving issues and following up in a timely manner whenever something needed attending to. All team members were all amazingly competent and trustworthy. We couldn’t be happier with the services provided and the warm and professional way they were conducted. So with gratitude we highly recommend Wayne and the Millership & Co team to others in need of their top quality real estate services.

Wayne was very open and consistent with his feedback during the sale of our home. It was the second time we have used Wayne and we appreciated his time and effort

Found Wayne to be knowledgeable and straight to the point. His advice and insight about the market was of great help to us in determining a fair price for the property.
