We chose our Realestate Agent by information gained from the Internet also from talking to friends who had used Agents in the area to sell their homes. We contacted the agent we chose who had one of their reps at our house the following day he sat with us for appox. one an half hours explaining the previous homes sold in the area and the prices they sold for .He also recomended a price rang he thought would be achieveable for our home he then advised us to think about for a couple of days and then contact him.
