We chose our Realestate Agent by information gained from the Internet also from talking to friends who had used Agents in the area to sell their homes. We contacted the agent we chose who had one of their reps at our house the following day he sat with us for appox. one an half hours explaining the previous homes sold in the area and the prices they sold for .He also recomended a price rang he thought would be achieveable for our home he then advised us to think about for a couple of days and then contact him. We went to their office couple days later that week were we signed with the agency to sell our property. The agent then a signed the sale of our house to a female consultant who remained to be our contact person . Her correspondence with us through out the final weeks of the house being sold were fantastic, she arrange viewing times and kept us inform at all times. To our surprised a contract was sign within the first ten days of the house being put up for sale.
