Wayne had a very good knowledge of our area. He provided valuable advice throughout the selling process. He also went out of his way to provide the prospective buyers with information on local organisations they could become involved in. Whilst we were overseas for a few weeks we were kept fully informed as viewings of the house were taking place. Our house was sold shortly after we returned home.
