Overall it was a very good experience and the best recommendation I can give is that if I was to sell another property in the area, I would use Wayne again. He was extremely attentive throughout the process and kept me fully updated on everything. The only thing we disagreed on and I am still not 100% happy with is the selling price. Wayne and I agreed on a realistic price when we started working together, though my expectations were higher than what he thought. However, the final selling price came in below even Wayne's expectation and at one stage he had suggested I should settle for much less as the house had sat on the market for some time.
Coming from interstate was a daunting challenge but Wayne was the consummate professional, walking us through every step along the way and offering invaluable help and information. Regular communication made a stressful endeavour one that has been made easier because of Wayne’s involvement.
