Nice guy. Pretty honest but also keeps his cards close to his chest when appropriate. Was very helpful during the moving period, allowing access to the house to take measurements, etc. Best aspect is that he maintained good correspondence without ever being overbearing or pushy. Suitable if you're the busy, pragmatic type.

Wayne was great to deal with. He obviously knows the area, and was always available to talk too. Always friendly - more friendly than other agents in the area.... The house had major pest damage but had been repaired so we were satisfied with our findings. Although the pest report offered by the agent wasn't thorough and was a non-evasive inspection, therefore our inspection uncovered the significant damage.
