Our experience with Wayne was he was very proffesional and friendly. The only issue we had was we were talked into a auction which proved to be a waste of time and money. Due to Covid Wayne advised us that there was a lot of interstate buyers and they loved auctions. We then found out that unless you have a high value property that most Qlders think Auctions are for a desperate sale. Even though our basic reserve was $510 000, the auctioneeer opened with $450 000 and didnt get a single bid. $700 was totally wasted on the Auctioneer and this was very disapointing. Wayne did have 2 buyers that he and ourselves all jumped through hoops for but a contract never eventuated in the end. Finally Wayne secured a contract with the current buyers. I would recommend Wayne and should the need arise would definately use him again. His wife is lovely as well. His final gift of a bottle of Brown Brothers Moscato instead of the standard champagne was very much enjoyed and appreciated. Thank you Wayne
