Extremely Patient and Professional

I can't speak highly enough of Wayne Singh. He is extremely patient and professional. He really understands the real estate market, especially the St George area. He presents well every time and is quite intelligent, having previously attained a degree and worked as a Chartered Accountant, before entering into real estate. He dealt with us very patiently and gave us a lot of his time. We were able to contact him any time, even into the late evenings and weekends, with any questions or issues relating to our sale. He always returned our calls very promptly as well. His market knowledge is vast and he operates with a great deal of integrity and honesty. He didn't push us at all and kept working to sell our property, even when we wouldn't accept offers and held off for a better price.... this delayed our sale but he never got upset or tried to push us in any way. I believe by doing this and not feeling pushed into anything we were able to get a really good price in the end. So his patience with us worked to our advantage! He always gave us his expert advice and left us to make up our own mind, without any pressure. He spent a lot of time answering any questions we had and was always calm and polite. Always available.... it was always easy to get in touch with him. I appreciated this a lot. He has a lot of contacts in the real estate and building trade and was always generous with helping us find handymen and trades people, providing contact names and numbers. He also attended a few open houses for properties that we were interested in buying and gave us his opinion as to their valuation. He didn't have to do this, but he did on several occasions. His input was helpful. In summary, Wayne is a real estate agent that we can trust and we will not hesitate to engage him again for any future real estate dealings.
