Wayne was persistent and always there for us

Wayne was always looking for a buyer for us, it was a hard market, he was not pushy with us, but we always knew he was aware of our property and would put it forward when the time came. He found the buyer for us, it took time, his exclusive agency had expired but he didn't push for a renewal he just got on with the job looking and waiting for the right buyer. Very impressed with his diligence. He wasn't big with giving us reports, but if there's nothing to report there's no need for a report, we understood and were happy with this method.
