Very good and efficient

The first offer was $585, $10k above our asking price. I was happy to take it but Wayne insisted I put in a higher counter offer. I rolled my eyes and offered $595k. We settled half way on $590k. A few hours later Wayne arrived to sign the contract with news that somehow he managed to negotiate another $2k to $592k. I don't know how he did it, but it was testament to his superior negotiating skills. The whole experience with Wayne was a joy. A great bloke. I can't recommend him highly enough.
