This is the 2nd time we have chosen to sell through Wayne Vowles. The 1st time we chose him because he achieved such a high price for the property next door & did the same for us. He was working for Ray White at the time & since starting his own agency he has sold our rental property for us. His commission is cheaper than Ray White yet his expertise is greater, there's now less auction pressure because he is independent & he worked very hard for us as it wasn't an easy sale. Good communication & great negotiation skills, plus the agency staff are excellent too as they managed the rental for a few months leading up to the sale. Wayne sold my home for the price I wanted. Other agents had come in with both high and (mainly) lower figures but Wayne's was a realistic market value and our final sale price was bang on his estimate (and absolutely worth choosing him as our agent).
