My name is Luke Magee. I am the Managing Director of M2 Real Estate and the founder and shareholder of stayrentbuy.com.au. I have been in the property and finance industry for 30 years. I am also a qualified Mortgage Broker and Financial Planner. I have been working with Welly for many years now assisting him when required to source suitable properties for his clients, weather that be a home to live in or an investment. I felt compelled to write this review as having been in this industry for as long as I have, I find it is quite disheartening how difficult it is for the public to find an astute professional who can provide really good advice and can help guide you through your financial life. Its even more difficult to find someone with this skill set who you can trust and genuinely has your best interests at heart ahead of earning a commission. It’s sad but true. I could not recommend Welly more highly as just such a person. His knowledge is second to none and he is just such a genuinely great guy who cares so much about his clients. He develops wonderful relationships with all his clients and colleagues, many of whom become close friends of Wellys. We recently settled several homes for Welly’s clients. It was wonderful to witness the service he provided these clients as he “held” their hands every single step of the way, up to any even beyond settlement of their homes. These clients were all beaming with satisfaction, and you could just see Welly was as happy for them as they were. Our industry needs more people like Welly and I could not recommend his services more highly.
