Buying a home can be financially and emotionally difficult. Wendell walked us through the process with confidence without being a “pushy” real estate agent. Hope he will not change. My husband and myself believe that Wendell had assisted us to find the best property at the price we can afford thus meeting our needs and interests. Unlike other real estate agents who had no time for us he was very determined and persistent to help us. He showed us a few houses that is within our price range.
