Wendy went above and beyond for both her clients and her potential buyers. We are beyond grateful to Wendy for her patience and negotiating skills to help us buy the house that we fell in love with on our first inspection. Without Wendy we surely would have missed our down size and sea change. Wendy kept us up to date on how the home was going on the market with any offers that came along. She’s a great communicator and has a lovely approach and commitment to her work. She always answered her phone and if she was busy, would call us back as soon as she could. We found Wendy very open and very honest. There are no ‘silly questions’ for her. Even now, we can call her for local knowledge of our new area, she quite happily answers the phone and is still very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Wendy to sell your home or, like us, buy one from her. We’re so happy we came across her and we thank our vendors for that.
