Wendy is very kind and friendly lady. She has very good convincing power,good knowledge about her work, approachable, very quick responsive, good bargainer and high ethics. We loved to have her as an agent of 3 club place, cooloongup.

Wendy had all the knowledge to help us sell our house during hard market times and made doing so easy and stress free, we had no dramas leaving Wendy the keys for home opens or viewings and she always communicated how the days went and what the people were saying. Thanks Wendy

We initially had tenants in the house until Xmas, which made the sale problematic at the beginning and the initial photos on the website while the tenants in weren't great. We lost a lot of the initial interest as a result and it took us a while to shift the property. We were just about ready to put tenants back in. But Wendy worked really hard to get the sale, and ended up getting us a couple of offers at the 11th hour. We live interstate, so a lot of the little things that needed to get sorted out, Wendy ended up organising the tradesmen for us, which was greatly appreciated. Work ethic is on the rating scale here, but Wendy would rate 6 out of 5. With all of her efforts, she definitely earned her commission on this sale.

We found Wendy very obliging and helpful in our purchase she made herself available which was very good we never consulted her on the market situation much so can't comment on that. If we were to sell this property again we would certainly see if Wendy was available to sell on our behalf her vendor should be very happy with the resultimate as we never intended to spend 425 on this property as it was tired and needed work to make it sparkle again but Wendy hung out for the higher price, and got it!! thanks Wendy Alison
