From the first hand shake Wendy was personable and engaging, not only with us but with everyone at the apartment inspection. Unlike other agents we’ve experienced, we were ushered from the concierge to the apartment, garage and pool facilities in the building and upon returning we were thoroughly but not overwhelmingly shown the property. We were understood as being a genuine purchaser early in the process and negotiations were considerate and honest. Once she had completed our purchase, Wendy personally streamlined our letting process which was an unexpected service and a pleasant surprise to us from a sales agent not once trying to offload us to her property management department. She maintained herself as our link with R&W North Sydney and she oversaw the prompt leasing of our purchase through to completion at a rent that we were extremely pleased to be achieving. There are agents and there ARE AGENTS, Wendy Lam is one of the latter. I have used her twice in recent years and each time it’s a ‘slam dunk’ in terms of service, advice and most importantly closing the deal with absolute best price.
