All excellent.

I found Wendy and Kushla to be outstanding as agents. Their communication skills were also outstanding. They were both friendly and helpful. They went over and above to help. While very professional, they actually made you feel like they were your friends. I would not have been successful at auction without their encouragement. Never were either of them pushy or exaggerating the truth as has been my experience in the past. They were honest about the house and very knowledgeable concerning the local area sales and values.
