Wendy was honest, reliable, and easy to work with. She was a very clear communicator, and kept us up to speed every step of the way, but wasn't intrusive or pushy. Wendy had a good knowledge of the local property market, and she gave us a fair appraisal and worked to get a reasonable price for us. Selling our house was stress free, and Wendy had it under contract within weeks of listing. After our experience I am comfortable to highly recommend Wendy to others.

It's a fine line for a real estate agent in communication (between not being too pushy or not communicating enough) but Wendy nailed it by contacting me regularly but not annoying me.
