Wendy went above and beyond with building a rapport with the client. Her communIcation with the client and our selves was admirable. She exceeded our expectations with our sale price. I would not hesitate in using Wendy as an agent particularly with selling unregistered land. It was a lengthy process but she was very solid and patient throughout the whole process.
