About Wendy Rosenbaum – Licensee in Charge MANA Murwillumbah. With her incredible expertise and broad skillset, Wendy is well-equipped to bring out the best in our team. From in-house training to integrating our tech systems and assisting with KPIs, Wendy ensures we maximise our performance and continue to deliver service excellence for our valued clients. Backed by a strong family history in property development and building, Wendy commenced her real estate career in 2000, building extensive knowledge of the industry from the ground up. She had previously spent many years in the hospitality industry as a manager, team leader and workplace trainer. Wendy has been involved in all aspects of real estate, including residential sales from vacant land, studio units and family homes to prestige estates, rural sales including dairy farm holdings of over 1000 acres, thoroughbred training facilities, cattle farms, agricultural holdings, polo grounds and lifestyle properties. She also has experience in high-level commercial leasing, commercial sales, business brokering and large residential developments. Wendy has been awarded some of the highest achievements available, including being the number 3 residential salesperson Australia-wide during her time with a national franchise. This experience led Wendy to be offered the role of General Manager of an agency that specialised in the sale of house and land packages and property management. Her family background in the building industry cementing her ability to excel at this role. Managing, mentoring and training the sales team and property managers led Wendy to want to open her own office, which she had begun to do when a role at Raine & Horne Corporate was offered to her. Wendy excelled in her role as Network Manager for the Raine & Horne Group, working with approximately 60 offices during that time, throughout Qld and Northern NSW training, mentoring, onboarding and celebrating the teams and their successes. Wendy also travelled to Fiji to train and mentor the teams from the three Raine & Horne offices located there. We’re extremely proud to have Wendy as an integral member of our ever-growing team. With her driving our growth and development, and heading up the sales team at the MANA Murwillumbah office, we know we’ll continue to achieve outstanding results.

Happy Vendor

I really enjoyed the experience having my home sold by Wendy. She is so friendly and enthusiastic, and went above and beyond her duties to help me. We had several nice morning teas with chocolate brownies. I would highly recommend Wendy if you are buying or selling a home.
