What stood out in Shannon's style and service was her up front and relaxed nature, which made her a trustworthy agent to work with. Often times there are agents who utilise pushy sales tactics during negotiation which can make the process stressful and unpleasant. Shannon's style was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with.
