Wendy Samrani is a very professional, personable, committed and experienced agent. As a vendor, she keeps you up to date regularly throughout the sale. She is extremely open and honest in her approach to all parties which is refreshing as you go through the roller coaster ride with selling your home. Wendy is very calm and doesnt get easily flustered even during those pressured times going back and forth during the negotiation phase of the sale. She just has the knack of getting the job done and promises this right from the outset. Wendy has an extremely strong team around her in Joe, Mareesa and Melanie who are all excellent support with communication and follow-up behind the scenes. I am certain she couldn’t do her job half as well without them. We would have absolutely no hesitation engaging with Wendy again with selling our home.
