I met Wendy during the open-house inspection on a Saturday afternoon. The inspection time was quite busy, but she made time to speak to me at length about the apartment as I was very interested in it. I was impressed with her local real estate knowledge as well as the details of the apartment that I was looking at. I made an offer later that afternoon and she went out of her way late on the Saturday to visit my wife and I at our home to discuss the offer. She was genuine and honest in her dealings with us, and she continued to provide helpful feedback during the contract negotiations. I would recommend her highly.
