As first home buyers, this has been one of the biggest milestones in our lives, and while we are incredibly excited to finally have a place to call our own, the overall journey has been much more challenging than we expected. The repeated delays, particularly around the titles not being completed when initially promised, have been incredibly frustrating. As first home buyers, we've experienced a lot of uncertainty, changing timelines and unmet expectations, which has taken away some of the excitement that should come with buying our first home. Despite these challenges, we can't thank Wendy and Leah enough for the way they have looked after us. They have been consistently informative and empathetic, and we always felt she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us.
