We had been looking for quite a long time for a property around the Tamborine area. After 2 deals that had fallen over due to negative (really Bad!) Building inspections we started looking in the Jimboomba/Cedar Vale. Just by chance I saw this property on line as soon as it was listed. W made an appointment that afternoon and made an offer which was accepted. Prior to settlement a large storm ripped through Tamborine causing a bit of damage. it looked like a bomb had hit it. As assured by Wendy the place was looking fantastic, plus we were left a good sized pile of firewood. I would recommend Wendy to anyone looking at buying or selling a property.
