Wendy kept us updated throughout the process, with numbers of visits to the property and levels of interest. She scheduled extra viewings when requested by potential buyers and let us know so we could prepare the property beforehand. She was clearly knowledgeable about the area and market and was open with us about what to expect in this uncertain market. Happily this resulted in a great outcome.
