Great experience dealing with Wenting

We met with Wenting in late April 2021 when we decided to sell our property. In the beginning we had some issues with our tennants who refused to cooperate with the sales people and we had to delay the sale. Thereafter, we tried selling the unit without any significant upgrade. But we could not achieve the desired price. Then we decided to put the sale off for a while and upgrade the unit. Unfortunately due to COVID the renovation took a long time and once we were back in the market, the ristrictions imposed by the government due to COVID made it very difficult for the agents to sell. During this time we saw the devotion of Wenting. It was amazing to see the hard work she put into the sale. She could only bring in one party at a time to see the place, instead of open houses. We saw her spending hours on end to show every possible buyer. She even watered the plants etc to save us time to go there. In the end, she achieved an acceptable price for the unit and we are very happy with that. I will recommend her for a sale of property at any time.
