Being our first time buying established, Wes was more than happy to walk us through what was required to purchase, recommended a great mortgage broker and settlement agent. We got delayed by the bank but Wes was constantly in contact between us and the seller to keep things running smooth, and even sorted out early possession when our settlement date got delayed again so we could move in over the weekend we needed to. Always upfront and honest without any of the salesman bullshit.

Whilst still looking after his client's interests, he was able to make me feel like I was his client too by being honest and forthcoming with me. I knew exactly what I was buying without any hidden agenda. I will happily list my property with him to sell as I know he will do his best for me.
