Being our first time buying established, Wes was more than happy to walk us through what was required to purchase, recommended a great mortgage broker and settlement agent. We got delayed by the bank but Wes was constantly in contact between us and the seller to keep things running smooth, and even sorted out early possession when our settlement date got delayed again so we could move in over the weekend we needed to. Always upfront and honest without any of the salesman bullshit.
