Wes came around to my place gave me an estimated price that was around $415k as the house was but gave me some great tips about how to change my house in a few small ways and this made it possible for my house to sell for $435k. Wes is a great realestate agent and anytime in the future I will be finding Wes again to help me as he got me top dollar and made a very stressful time a lot easier. He always extremely well presented and would always help with any problems that came up while I was selling I can't recommend him enough and that's the truth.
