Wes was excellent throughout the whole process, he was mainly available and took our calls if not he would get back very promptly. He was very down to earth and genuine. He was always looking to do the right thing for all parties involved and helped us in getting messages over and discussions with the vendors. He worked with our agent well as it was a subject to sale and also kept good contact with our mortgage broker to follow up on our unconditional finance. I had engaged Wes last year in June to sell my house. I was fortunate at the time to be given his name from a friend and the result had been incredible. At the time of my sale 'many' other agents had come to look at my property and had set the sale price $40,000 to $50,000 less to the price I finally obtained through Wes selling my house. The same thing happened on the sale of my father's house just recently. Again we did our homework and checked with other agents and one estimate was $80,000 less to what we obtained and the other $45,000 - unbelievable. Wes is absolutely committed to doing the best he could for both my sales. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and this was apparent - he never delayed making a phone call, or attending to the paperwork. He absolutely did the right thing by me as his client and I felt he also had done the right thing by the purchaser. My comments are honest and I would have no hesitation recommending him.
