Our country property presented a unique challenge for Wes, as it is completely unlike anything else in the area. We knew it would take time to find the right buyer, and it did, but we got there in the end. When we, the vendors, were feeling down and despondent thinking we would never sell, or at least not for a reasonable price, Wes kept us positive. He was in constant communication with us so we always knew what was happening and what her was doing. We could have sold at a lower price several times, which of course would have been a much easier route for the agent, but Wes never once suggested we do so a he genuinely wanted to get the best result for us that he could.
