Both Wes and Nathalie listened to what we wanted and were well prepared and knowledgeable on the current conditions in the market, their professionalism helped to calm what is a stressful time. We felt very comfortable giving our keys and place over to Wes and Nathalie, they even were able to wrangle our escape artist dog during an inspection when were not at home. The acronym TBA (To Be Advised), or The Best Agent is a very apt description of Wesley's capability as an estate agent. He keeps you advised on all things you need to do ahead of time and helps you through the difficult times with good advice. Although he was not successful at action, he did succeed in selling our home for a value that I believe is very good in this depressed market. Also, the eventual sale price was only $20,000 short of his original estimate low-point, which in a market that has become even more depressed, is an excellent result.
