I Robert Simmons was very impressed with Wesley jardine and Wesley's team at Starr real estate. Wesley organised his own crew to help with gardening and cleaning of the yard. When seeing the finished job I thought "WOW" the jobs completed by Wesley's crew i believe helped increase the value of the property in a massive way. On opening day Wesley rang me and said he had 11 offers and he had an offer at $550,000 I was expecting and would have been happy to get $520,000. Then later that day Wesley came to my family home and told my family and I that he got $580,000. The family and I were in complete shock. we were very pleased with the result which Wesley and his team achieved I am very greatful and would recommend Wesley and his team to anyone looking at selling their property.
