We moved interstate just as the property hit the market and we left it in Wesley's capable hands. He kept us updated on inspections and the market, and although we had to drop the price we still ended up around what we expected. Definitely recommend Wesley and YPA!
Wes stuck with us through 12 months of restrictions during COVID until we could be in a good place to put our home on the market. He was very straight forward and easy to talk to. What he promised us at the stat of Covid re: price, time line to sell etc he delivered on and more after Covid restrictions. He helped us achieve a higher price and sold our house in two weeks. He additionally worked wonders in helping us achieve the purchase of our next home and for both settlements to be as consecutive as possible. We gave him a tough ask with the time lines and he delivered.
YPA was one of three agencies I got into contact with. Wes came over to my house, we spoke about what I was asking for and he gave me an honest appraisal of what he thought we could get. He was honest, very easy to get along with and I felt I could trust what he said (I wasn't wrong). Through the whole process Wes was always in contact with me and very responsive to text and phone calls. Within the first week of being on the market and after the first open house we managed to get an offer that was beyond my expectations. I happily accepted. There was some minor issues with the buyer but Wesley's calm approach and honesty kept me in check and we were finally able to sell the house. I couldn't recommend Wesley any higher if you want to sell your house.

Let me start off by saying I am disappointed with the customer service I received from Wesley. Wesley promised me the house would be handed to me in a clean manner, so I assumed he would stick to his word and get this house cleaned somehow even if it was out of his pocket. When he didn’t, I was really disappointed in him as a sales agent who, according to your website “agents that pride themselves on honesty, integrity, professionalism and first class customer service”. As an agent Wesley is a liar who is untrustworthy, because of him, now I have a clear image of what to expect from other property agents in the future. I will definitely approach property agents with caution in future. Also, up until the house was sold (when the house went unconditional) Wesley was very engaged calling me. Once the house was sold, I had to call him multiple times to get information such as to check if an issue raised during the building inspection was resolved. I called Wesley multiples times and every time he would say the issue was fixed but had to call multiples times to get any pictures. Even for the final inspection, I was expecting a call from Wesley to organise this as I thought the agents were proactive organising everything related to the property. I had to call Wesley a couple of business days ahead to organise this. I feel like I was cheated by Wesley because of the lies he told me to sell this property, he got his commission and I was left behind with a dirty house. I have a clear understanding of what to expect from a property agent from now on because of the customer service I got from Wesley. I learned so much about property agents from this experience, and Wesley is not an agent “that pride themselves on honesty, integrity, professionalism and first class customer service”, very disappointing customer service I received.
Wesley helped us sell our investment property, residential property and purchase a new house all in the space of 6 weeks! It was a whirlwind experience, but Wesley made sure everything went smoothly and that we found the house of our dreams. 2020 i became a first home owner which was both scary and exciting. I was extremely thankful to have Wes who guided me through the whole process.
