We purchased our home through Whitney. Although she is the vendor's agent, her dealings with us were fair, friendly and supportive. Her communication was first class. She made us feel valued and respected. When seeking this home, we inspected many houses and met many agents. None compared to Whitney for quality of follow up and representation of the house and vendor honestly, quickly and enthusiastically. If we ever sell our home, then we'll retain Whitney.

We met Whitney at a lovely house but it didn't tick our boxes. Instead of doing what other agents were doing, ie just telling us about their other open-for-inspections, she asked us what we were looking for. A couple of weeks later she called us to say she had just listed a house which seemed to be what we were looking for and we saw it that afternoon (Monday). We asked to go back the next day (Tuesday) which we did straight after the photoshoot. We returned to Sydney on the Wednesday, put in an offer Thursday and by Friday it was all sown up. Of course Whitney's obligation was to her seller but if she hadn't taken the interest in our wants, asked the right questions, listened to us and then contacted us when she had the house that matched, we wouldn't now be living in a beautiful home in Kewarra Beach.
