We were delighted that the perfect new owners were found for our childhood home at a price above our reserve. The day before the auction, the auction process was clearly outlined and we were informed that there was a healthy list of registered bidders. Genuine interest was shown in our experiences of growing up in the house and area and these details were cleverly woven into the auctioneers script making our home a compelling proposition.
