Will gave me an honest appraisal of my house, telling me its advantages & disadvantages. His prediction at auction was accurate - not inflated. I received regular & ample feedback after each opening, both positive & negative. Because of this I had a much better idea of the value of the house. Will's help in preparing the house prior to it going to market was invaluable. He provided the names of an efficient & economical cleaning team who were able to prepare the house so that it shined.
