McGrath was one of five that responded. We chose three to view the house and give opinions. The staff we dealt with, in particular Will Ainsworth, were exceptional in their attitude, advice and continuing update of what was going on. We really felt we were a part of the process, and not just the customer. b. The weekly e-mail providing feedback of the open house sessions, in particular the inclusion of comments made by prospective purchasers was far more than we expected. It allowed us to keep track of who was saying what, what the comments, both critical and complimentary, and indications of whether they were interested in further information or no longer interested. We have never heard of this being done before, and certainly in our experience of selling houses (we have sold two in the past) we were never provided with so much information. c.
