Big promises but not delivery.

Will told us in our first meeting he would help find us a rental afterwards and that it wouldn't be an issue. We finally sold our home and agreed to a short settlement bcse of it. It became a stressful issue as he only provided one home that we assumed was ours but on applying realised we were competing with everyone else. High demand for rentals made it extremely difficult to find one. We found one out of the area thru our own hardwork. We would never have agreed to a short settlement if we knew that Will just promised but had no guarantee of providing. It was very disappointing.
