William managed the sale of my South Yarra apartment with a minimum of stress and achieved a sale price I was happy with. I lived out of town which made my direct involvement in the sale process difficult, but William liaised with the leasing agent and tenant to ensure the property was in a good condition for inspections, the tenant vacated the property on time and that the property was suitably clean at settlement. I needed an agent to sell my investment property in South Yarra, I spoke with several and being from Adelaide had no clue who was good, the only agent that took a pro active approach was William. He had recently sold several in the area and had an excellent knowledge of the local area and gave me what I considered a very realistic valuation. He then followed up by giving me a very competitive marketing package and fair commission rate. What he then set about doing was organising the preparation of my unit turning it from a somewhat tired looking ex rental into a sexy show home. William had his own people take care of painting and styling and minor repairs in quick time and had it on the market with 3 opens a week. We were heading for auction but halfway through our campaign William advised he had some stand out interest and he thought he could negotiate a good deal for me. He proceeded to eventually deliver a price $50k over my expectation and managed to get it done under auction conditions. I have sold several homes before but never have I laughed when my agent told me the price on the contract, a great experience from start to finish all done in a couple of weeks. Never did William try and bring down my expectation of price he was positive that he could sell my home well and knows exactly how to manage a sales campaign, staying in touch with all buyers while keeping me up to speed at all times. He knew who was interested and how much they had to spend a true professional, I couldn't recommend William enough if you are considering selling in South Yarra or surrounding suburbs William must be on your shopping list.
