It happened fast

I was selling my mother's property as executor. It had been on the market for some months and it seemed like the property would never move, especially with the market softening. My existing agent left the company and Will took over responsibility for the sale. Despite the apparently depressed market Will got an offer on the unit which I accepted. The offer, though smaller that I had originally anticipated was gratefully accepted, my thinking 'a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush'. Done!
