I engaged Ray White and a young salesman and what I got was Will working for Will in the background. He will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the listing. 159 days on market and didn't get within the target price range. I should have been advised not to list, given the market. He failed disclose ... He will charge me interest if you don't pay his upfront marketing fee. You only get your agent not the Ray White Agency working for you. Agents don't share leads, listing or commissions which I learnt when I gave feedback. I asked for a discount on the commission given I believed they didn't deliver on the agreed sale price. Zero negation. I'm still waiting for my bottle of bubbly and when I gave some honest feedback, I still didn't get a bottle of bubbly.
