It’s worth mentioning that this review is solely for Will Robinson, as I hadn’t had a good experience with the agent I initially signed up with from Stone Real Estate Manly regarding the sale of my property. So, my experience was a real case of how great and professional an agent could be. Will approached me at the time I was about the terminate my agreement with Stone. Following a few conversations, Will convinced me to continue the campaign, took the lead, and eventually found a buyer, achieving the price level I was happy with. Throughout the process which included a slight delay in the settlement, Will was very communicative and maintained nothing but true professionalism. An important point is that all parties in the process were Manly locals, aware of the value the property was offering, and took very conscious steps in the process.
