Ultimately, placing your largest investment in the hands of someone to sell is all about trust. Trust that the Realtor will deliver a buyer, in a reasonable period of time, and most importantly at a price worthy of the investment. We did our due diligence ahead of appointing a sales agent. We went to several open houses run by different agencies to best understand their professionalism. We found that each member of Will's team were well briefed, communicated clearly, and had the right balance of conversational style that was meant to draw out buyers information/position without being overbearing. In the end, appointing Will and the Torres Property team was an easy decision to make. Our property was well marketed, and appeared as good online as it did from the kerb. It was very apparent Torres Property knew how to capture interest, and from the moment the property went on the market, we had a steady stream of potential buyers through to view. After each open home we received a phone call and an update, usually within 30 minutes. There was never any inflated or exaggerated information, it was always an honest appraisal of the opportunity from those that walked through, and this is where trust is built.
