My wife & I went with the Will Torres team for the sale of our house after considering a list of agents in detail. We made our choice based on the team's enthusiasm, real estate knowledge of the Wakerley and surrounding areas, and even the team's impressive dress code. An extra item was Will's awareness of extra factors such as general economic conditions (read American tariffs), and timing of elections & public holidays ie a likely sale timeline. Any agent can sell real estate when the market is hot, and there are far more buyers than sellers. However to sell a house in a timely manner, for the price we needed to achieve, when the market is nervous - that is the test of a champion. Will is great. An excellent communicator and negotiator and very client focussed. We had a lot of set backs unfortunately with his team; mainly issues with communication that made things quite stressful for us. If the overall service was Will Torres I would rate a 5, but the whole thing as a whole let us down unfortunately. Sorry, have to be completely honest.
