I have nothing but good things to say about Will, as do my parent who also bought their home through Will! As a first home buyer the whole experience can be pretty daunting and nerve racking but will kept me updated, was honest, friendly, knowledgeable and trust worthy. He took the time to made sure I understood the process and never made me feel rushed or pressured. 10/10!

We are incredibly thankful for William's assistance in securing our property in Hawthorn East. We are downsizing and have been looking and getting a feel for the market for the past 6 months. William has an extensive local knowledge, personable and trustworthy. We purchased our unit as a private sale. We believe both the vendor and purchaser ended up with a fair price for the property. Dealing with real estate agents has not been our favorite experience. But luckily William does not have the typical 'real estate agent' persona - smug, deceitful, driving their flashy cars. He does not play games, fair and realistic. Overall, great property purchase experience.

He treated myself, and from what I gleaned, the purchaser, with the greatest of respect, obtaining a sale within three weeks of the sales campaign. He exceeded my expectations with the sale and I would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling in this market.
