Will proved to be a reliable agent throughout the sale. I would have liked him to be a little more assertive though during the negotiations(on my side ie.). For eg. we made an offer but soon were presented with the owners counter offer as if it was non negotiable. Given that there was significant daylight between the two I would have liked to have seen him been more representative of our side. Well no one is perfect. Would recommend Will as an agent to my friends.
