We engaged Will and his team because they are Burleigh based, their selling price expectation aligned with our view and their marketing fees were less than others (we had Plan B to rent if we couldn't reach our minimum price). We took a while to sell as the market slowed considerably after end of 2017, and selling prices reduced somewhat. Will and his team were very professional, and Will was very patient and persistent. His feedback to us was just right - not too much nor too little.
